Thankfully, there are a handful of simple troubleshooting tips you can follow to solve most common OXVA issues.
Why Is My OXVA Not Turning On?
If the OXVA does not start up, start by recharging the battery. Use the adaptor specified in the user manual and leave it to charge, then try again.
After you charge it, press the fire button five times within two seconds, with a clear, distinct press each time – clicking too rapidly can cause the product to miss individual presses
Try using the vape again after 5 appropriate clicks. If no response is received, then the next step is to contact support for OXVA for additional assistance.
What If the OXVA Is Not Charging?
Sometimes the charging problem is an issue with the charger, not with the vape.
First, determine if the charger is functioning correctly. Use a different appropriate adaptor and USB-C cable if possible, and then leave the vape to charge for around 30 minutes.

Why Won’t My OXVA Fire At All

The contact pins may get dirty with regular operation, which can cause poor contact between the cartridge and pod port. Clean the contact points on the vape and the bottom of the cartridge with a clean cloth, or follow a suitable alcohol-based cleaning method.
If the message doesn’t disappear, then try another cartridge. This can help identify if it’s a problem with the cartridge or vape.
What If the OXVA Is Not Firing Properly?
If the vape fires inconsistently or the draw does not feel right, first make an adjustment to the airflow. Set the airflow around half open and test the draw again.

So, if the screen does not display anything when the automatic draw is activated, it does not necessarily indicate that there is a problem. The display behaviour changes depending on whether the fire button is being used.
