Askari Metals is continuing to advance its exploration strategy in Ethiopia through the Nejo Gold-Copper Project, a large-scale exploration asset located within the highly prospective Arabian-Nubian Shield. The project covers approximately 1,174 km² and is strategically positioned around major gold discoveries, including the Tulu Kapi Gold Mine and along the same greenstone belt as the Kurmuk Mine.The Nejo Project represents an important part of the company’s African exploration portfolio, with exploration activities focused on identifying gold and copper mineralisation. Askari Metals is progressing geological mapping, sampling, historical data integration and target-definition studies to support future drilling programs. The company is particularly focused on the Guji-Gudeya and Guliso Gold Trends, which together cover more than 18 km of interpreted strike length. Copper exploration is also being advanced around the Katta target area.Another important aspect of Askari Metals‘ strategy is its engagement with local communities, regional authorities and Federal Government representatives in Ethiopia.
