Prospect Resources Limited is advancing the Mumbezhi Copper Project in Zambia, an emerging copper development opportunity located within the world-class Central African Copperbelt. The company’s latest Mineral Resource Estimate has increased the Mumbezhi resource to 208.1 million tonnes at 0.42% copper, equivalent to 0.49% CuEq, containing approximately 877,000 tonnes of copper.The resource growth highlights the exploration potential of the Mumbezhi Copper Project and strengthens Prospect Resources Limited’s position in the copper and critical minerals sector. The project covers approximately 356 square kilometres across two fully permitted large-scale mining licences and is located around 25 kilometres southeast of the Sentinel Copper Mine.The updated resource also includes significant by-product potential, with approximately 262,100 ounces of gold and 43,500 tonnes of cobalt reported within the broader resource base.
