Auric Mining has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Gareth Solly as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, marking a significant milestone in the company’s expansion strategy. Solly officially joins the company in May 2026 and is expected to transition into the Managing Director role later this year as Auric continues its transformation into a self-sufficient gold producer.Gareth Solly brings more than 20 years of mining industry experience, particularly within Western Australia’s gold sector. He is widely recognised for his successful leadership at Black Cat Syndicate, where he helped transform the company from a small exploration business into a major multi-asset gold producer. His expertise in mine development, operational scaling, and processing infrastructure makes him a strategic addition to Auric Mining’s future growth plans.Auric Mining is currently focused on accelerating development at the Burbanks Gold Plant and expanding the Munda Gold Mine project.The company aims to establish greater operational independence by developing its own processing capabilities, reducing reliance on third-party milling facilities and improving overall efficiency.
